We need a creative, enthusiastic, energetic individual for our catering specialist position. This individual will work in our local call center in Barboursville.
The catering specialist is responsible for overseeing all catering orders and setting the store up for success. You will be responsible for stewarding relationships with our existing catering clients to ensure positive experiences and repeat business. You will also be using your sales and marketing skills to cultivate new relationships with potential catering clients. Our catering specialist will work closely with both restaurant managers, catering drivers and clients before the order and after the order to guarantee quality, timely and accurate service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate catering orders from initial inquiry to completion
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, timing, and special requests
- Train and support delivery drivers to ensure company standards are met
- Monitor and maintain employees attendance records
- Communicate effectively with store management, drivers, and customers
- Help resolve address issues as they arise
- Take on additional miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed
