QMAP/Caregiver
Stage Coach, LLC – The Gardens at Columbine
Location: Littleton, CO (Conveniently located near Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Denver)

The Gardens at Columbine is a vibrant retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated QMAPs and Caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Caregiver Duties:

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
   
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming (teeth/dentures, hair care, shaving), bathing, dressing, and toileting
   
• Provide support with personal laundry, bed-making, and trash removal
   
• Offer compassionate care and support to residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care
   
• Maintain communication through radio use and participate in team-based care
   
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
   

QMAP Duties (in addition to Caregiver duties):

• Administer medications in accordance with the Seven Rights:
   
  • Right Person
     
  • Right Drug
     
  • Right Dose
     
  • Right Route
     
  • Right Time
     
  • Right Documentation
     
  • Right of the Client to Refuse
     
• Reorder medications in a timely and organized manner
   
• Follow all QMAP Scope of Practice and Standards as outlined by the State of Colorado

Requirements

  Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Pass Background Check and Drug Tests
• Pass Routine TB Test
• QMAP must complete Colorado QMAP class, pass written and practical test, and has never had a professional license or certificate revoked by a state or any other jurisdiction. Must have a record of satisfactory med pours
