Job Overview:

Our QMAP/ Caregiver will play an integral role in providing our residents with the care they need by ensuring they receive their prescribed medications accurately and on time. This is an opportunity to work with a dedicated team that is committed to enhancing the quality of life of our residents in a nurturing and homely environment. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to positively influence the lives of people who need you the most.

Schedule:  Friday, Saturday 6am-2:30pm, Sunday 6am-10:30pm, Monday 2-10:30pm 

Responsibilities:

• Administering daily medications to residents according to our high standards for safety and effectiveness.
• Observing and documenting residents' conditions and reactions to medications.
• Cooperating with other healthcare providers to ensure the implementation of comprehensive, individualized care plans.
• Participating in residents' wellness activities and contributing to their quality of life.
• Complying with state laws and facility guidelines concerning medication administration.
• Assist residents with all ADL's!

Qualifications:

• A valid QMAP certification.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care settings is highly desirable.
• CPR certified
• Empathy for and an understanding of the needs of seniors, and those living with dementia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
