Ensure precise geometric measurements and seamless integration into the Quality Management System, maintaining compliance with industry standards and supporting accurate reporting for audits and reviews.

Main responsibilities include:

• Geometric Measurement Management:

Conduct precise geometric measurements of components and assemblies using advanced metrology tools (e.g., CMM, laser scanners).

Analyze and validate measurement data to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• QMS Integration:

Integrate geometric measurement processes within the Quality Management System.

Ensure alignment with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.

• Compliance & Reporting:

Document and maintain records of geometric measurements and QMS processes.

Generate reports for internal reviews and external audits, highlighting key findings and opportunities for improvement.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related field.

Experience: At least three years of experience in geometry within the automotive or manufacturing industries.

Skills:

• Practical expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) standards, such as IATF 16949 or ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA or NX) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Expertise in using metrology tools and software (e.g., Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and CAD software).
• Strong proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
• Excellent command of both French and English.
