What You’ll Do:
Coach and mentor employees within functions on QMS expectations, audit readiness, and process compliance to drive continuous improvement.
Support the development and release the Internal Audit Plan on time, aligned with risk-based priorities, past audit results, and QMS objectives.
Support implementation of internal audits to achieve KPI targets and maintain at least 95% on-time delivery to plan for the Internal audit program.
Coach audit teams to raise clear, objective, and value-adding findings that address systemic issues and reduce repeat findings.
Review audit data regularly to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Perform quality checks on audit reports and ATS actions to ensure proper categorization and grading.
Track and drive on-time closure of audit findings to meet or exceed the 85% closure target.
Ensure QMS documents are reviewed, updated, and approved within the 3-year revision cycle.
Establish forward planning to reduce expired documents and improve documentation quality.
Lead preparation, coordination, and execution of the functional quality management reviews.
Support the LRQA ISO 9001 certification renewal audit and other selected site audits, ensuring readiness and timely response to auditor feedback.
What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications):
Strong understanding of QMS principles and ISO requirements.
Experience in internal audits, corrective action management, and document compliance.
Qualified Internal auditor.
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze audit data and drive improvement actions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
What Will Make You Stand out:
Experience of quality processes and an interest to expand your knowledge in Quality and Quality Management systems, including applicable international standards
IRCA certified ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 internal auditor
Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate requirements and facilitate good practice-sharing in a motivating, engaging way.
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Familiar with lean, statistics, six sigma, quality assurance & quality control and other quality concepts

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
