Qpc-Non Conformance

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Quality Programs Coordinator – Non-Conformance is responsible for coordinating cross-functional initiatives to reduce the cost of nonconformance and improve overall quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. This role partners with production, quality, and support departments to identify, analyze, and reduce production and customer discrepancies; coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities; track corrective and preventive action plans; and facilitate cost of nonconformance reviews with department leadership. 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Five years’ experience in project/program management or process improvements.  


• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business or related fields or equivalent work related. May substitute one (1) year of college education for two (2) years of relevant work experience. 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French 


• Proficiency with quality management software and tools 


• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements 


• Ability to work with a wide range of teams and adapt to different work environments 


• Experience working directly with regulatory authorities 


• Knowledge and working experience in regulatory compliance programs 

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Master’s degree preferred 


• Know the Dassault Aviation operations (organization, technologies, products...) 


• Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes 

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

Will work at a desk and in the production area on the shop floor or inside aircraft for extended periods of time without sensitivity to noise, humidity, heat, cold, OSHA acceptable chemicals or dust levels, stairs, etc. as encountered. Occasional travel required both domestic and international. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): 

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to reduce production and customer discrepancies by ensuring departments collect, analyze, report, and act on discrepant trend data. 


• Facilitate improvement plan meetings, track corrective and preventive actions, and monitor the effectiveness of action plans to support sustained quality improvement. 


• Serve as Material Review Board (MRB) Coordinator by supporting the review, disposition, and resolution of nonconforming materials in coordination with responsible departments. 


• Investigate and help resolve customer delivery discrepancies, including coordination of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. 


• Partner with department leaders to identify opportunities to reduce the cost of non-quality and improve operational performance. 


• Prepare and communicate program status, trends, action plan progress, and results to department leadership (SLT, DPF, and DGQT). 


• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities for special aircraft activities, supporting regulatory communications, inspections, audits, submissions, and follow-up actions to ensure all requirements are addressed accurately, professionally, and within established timelines. 

NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation for this position typically falls between $64,426 and $86,031per year. This position is eligible for overtime.  This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance.  Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
