We are a new and vibrant restaurant concept. Were a fast-casual Mexican Breakfast restaurant located in Manhattan. Our team is passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Sous Chef at our fast-casual Mexican breakfast restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and upholding the standards of food quality and consistency. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will oversee the culinary team, coordinate food preparation, and contribute to menu development. This position requires a passion for Mexican cuisine, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Sous Chef will report directly to the Kitchen Manager.
