Job Description - Qualified Mental Health Professional

Full-time, Part-time

Description

What You’ll Do

Case Management: Handle a full client caseload and personalize services based on individual needs.
Documentation: Complete progress notes and assessments promptly (within 24 hours).
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
Crisis Intervention: Provide or coordinate emergency support when needed.
Weekly Supervision: Meet with a Clinical Supervisor to refine skills and stay up to date with best practices.

Requirements

QMHP-Certified (or eligible for certification).
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work in a community based setting.

Salary Description

$24-$27.50 per hour
