Quality Administrator (G-Project) - Foxconn Industrial Internet

We’re looking for a detail oriented and organized Quality Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and support multiple departments, including Finance and Material Management. Key Responsibilities

• Record and update RMA requests in our systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare RMA reports and submit them to the Material Management team.
• Forward incoming credit notes to the Finance department.
• Enter virtual RMAs and generate purchase requests (PRs) as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to resolve RMA matters.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep RMA processes running smoothly.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and support process enhancements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
