Under the supervision of the Sr. Quality Manager, the Quality and Food Safety Manager supports consistent supply of
safe, quality food ingredients and products to the food industry. This position ensures that products meet company and
customer quality and food safety requirements. The Quality and Lab Manager must follow and apply Food Safety
Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements and is a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual. This position will assist with
additional assigned tasks as needed.
