Quality & Risk Director

Reputable healthcare facility neighboring Richmond, VA is seeking a full\-time, permanent Quality & Risk Director to join their leadership team. Highly competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and quarterly bonuses!

Annual Salary: $100,000 \- $115,000

Quality & Risk Director Opportunity: 

• Full\-time, permanent, direct\-hire position
  


• Selected Quality & Risk Director is eligible for quarterly bonuses

• Quality & Risk Director will lead department with 2 direct\-reports and will report directly to the hospital CEO 
  


• The ideal Quality & Risk Director candidate must have extensive previous experience with The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation processes within a hospital setting 

Quality & Risk Director Qualifications: 

• Must possess a bachelor's degree in healthcare or alike field
  


• Must have at least 4\-5 years of hospital\-specific Quality and/or Risk Management experience
