SYSTEM TASKS
Train employees on food safety
Update SQF SOP's
Conduct internal audits
Respond to requests from customers and suppliers
Deal with complaints and deviations
Support in the updating of the HACCP plan and SQF system
Verify compliance with the SQF system through daily, weekly, and monthly checks
Manage the Master Web
Accompany third-party audits, recertifications or food safety addendums
Verify Service Provider Activities
Execute the microbiological sampling plan
Run traceability exercises
Submit reports on the results of audits and traceability exercises
DNP back-up and support
QUALITY TASKS
Audit product SOP compliance
Inspect receiving operations, production processes, shipments
Inspection of in-process products and warehouses
Inspection of areas and warehouses (receiving, processing and dispatch) and evaluation of products, product release: SAP-Pre-shipment
Inspect GMP compliance
Staff training
Analyze raw material and finished product as part of compliance with raw material and finished product specifications (yield, sealed packaging conditions, sensory evaluation)
Record the results of inspections and evaluations in assigned records
Keep equipment and areas clean and tidy after use
Performance analysis (on the floor and on the production process control sheets)
Perform Quality releases in the SAP System and records
Detect, report and act against unsafe and food safety conditions
Back up DNP Tasks
Support in the development and sensory evaluation of prototypes of new products
Evaluate new suppliers and new products
Audit points of sale
Configuration of new products and modification of bills of materials in SAP, SOP and specifications
