Job Description - Quality Assuarance Trainer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and coaching the collections team to enhance performance, ensure compliance, and improve overall service quality within the loan recovery process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training or coaching roles
Strong understanding of the loan recovery or debt collection industry
