Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
• Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes.
• Maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Open to work wherever needed throughout the facility.
