Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
Currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Duties include but not limited too:
Conduct audits (Sawtelle Program and EOC in accordance with YCS audit plan). Ensure program compliance with regulatory and accrediting requirements. Assist and advise all program staff in maintaining charts, logs, and systems which comply with licensing and accreditation standards. Collaborate with Sawtelle Programs to develop and assess effective quality improvement initiatives. Attend DD Manager’s Meetings to present relevant information, provide input into discussions, and update QAPI Department on division developments. Perform, in conjunction with Department Staff, Root Cause Analysis, as needed. Coordinate all Safety Officer activities including quarterly meetings and quarterly stipends. Conduct organization- wide safety month each year. Act as the chair of the Corporate Environment of Care Committee: Schedule meetings and meeting space; create agenda; run meeting; take, type, distribute minutes; revise and update Accessibility Plan; follow-up and carry out committee decisions. Assist in the coordination of responses to internal follow-up to all state facility-based inspections. Conduct program oversight inspections 2-4 times per year at all applicable sites; provide timely reports to site and regional office; and ensure follow-up. Serve as a technical resource to sites on all DD program issues. Review current DD policies; make suggestions and revisions in conjunction with CQCO, QAPI. Requirements: Bachelors degree (Master's Preferred) (1 – 3) years of experience working with a developmentally disabled population. Auditing and/or program evaluation experience. Valid Driver's License.
