Quality Assurance Coordinator

Belstra Milling Co., a family-owned agricultural business in DeMotte, IN, is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In addition, this position must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Assist with bi-weekly finished feed inventory to ensure product accuracy and traceability
• Perform routine spot checks on finished feeds for quality consistency
• Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date feed production records
• Conduct daily scale checks
• Corn mycotoxin testing
• Corn and Ingredient Quality tests
• Soybean Meal claims
• Fill in at the corn dump as needed to support operations
• Conduct liquid calibrations and magnet checks
• Update and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to meet regulatory compliance
• Oversee the supplier approval process, ensuring documentation and compliance
• Drug reconciliation

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Relevant certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in quality assurance, agriculture, or feed manufacturing is a plus
