Description Under direct supervision, provides quality assurance support according to group quality assurance guidelines and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree and two years experience in quality assurance, regulatory or healthcare areas is required
Assists in audit related duties such as maintenance of spreadsheets, audit documents, tracking metrics, training records, and the creation of quality assurance division reports.
Assists with data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Quality Assurance database.
Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of meetings, coordinating assignments, compiling and creating meeting minutes, sending out correspondence and follow up requests, and reconciling information.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Exercises a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure completion of long-term and short-term deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
