Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. As an SDET, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and implementing automated testing frameworks, designing test plans, and working closely with the development team to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and architecture for designing effective test strategies.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites to ensure product quality.
Write, debug, and optimize test scripts using modern tools and frameworks.
Perform API testing, functional testing, and and performance testing.
Identify, report, and manage bugs or defects on time.
Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software within tight deadlines.
Document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated tests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are testable and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software testing or development, strongly focused on automation.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java
Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter)

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
