What you will do

• Perform manual testing of new features and releases across the Plaud Teams, Pricing flow, and Growth projects

• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and track resolution with engineering

• Develop working knowledge of core user flows: recording, transcription, subscription management, workspace governance, and billing

• Contribute to test plans and regression suites ahead of releases

• Partner with PMs and engineers to define acceptance criteria before features ship

• Validate bug fixes and conduct regression testing

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• 3+ years of QA experience with a strong manual testing focus

• Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test cases

• Experience testing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications

• Experience testing SaaS or subscription-based products preferred

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Linear, or similar issue trackers

• Able to ramp up quickly and work independently with minimal onboarding

Compensation: $50/hr
