Job Description - Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with NADCAP Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA)
Specialist with extensive NADCAP accreditation knowledge to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our
processes, procedures, and products meet industry standards and NADCAP
requirements, supporting our commitment to quality and continuous
improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

         * Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in compliance with
NADCAP standards and industry best practices.
        * Prepare for, coordinate, and participate in NADCAP audits and
assessments.
        * Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes, procedures, and
documentation.
        * Monitor and verify adherence to quality control procedures across all
operations.
        * Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to
address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
        * Maintain and update quality documentation, records, and reports.
        * Provide training to staff on NADCAP requirements and quality
standards.
        * Assist in the continuous improvement of quality processes and
systems.
        * Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry
regulations.

Qualifications:

         * Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably
in aerospace or precision machining.
        * Strong knowledge and experience with NADCAP accreditation standards
and procedures.
        * Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or
similar).
        * Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
        * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        * Ability to lead audits and facilitate continuous improvement
initiatives.
        * Certification in quality auditing (e.g., ASQ CQE, CQA) is a plus
