Quality Assurance - Quality Control: Lab Testing

To strenghthen our team in Greensboro, NC, we are looking for expereinced and dedicated Quality Inspectors.

Your Role

• You examine product to customer requirements/specifications in relation to visual appearance and converting structural functions. 


• You verifie product quality and signs off on beginning production runs.


• You conduct product line sampling according to plan.


• You demonstrate clear understanding of quality procedures and safety awareness.  


• You communicate findings and generates reports upon request. 


• You review non-conforming material to meet customer specifications.   


• You input information into batch records to reflect document defects. 


• You perform random sampling based on company and/or customer requirements.


• You complete customer request for press sheets and/or samples to be included and/or mailed ahead of shipment.


• You write and/or review standard operating procedures and work instructions as required. 

Your Profile

• You will have a high school diploma or equivalent.


• You will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Inspector or 2 year's experience in a related position.


• You will have basic computer proficiency (i.e Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint).


• You will be detail-oriented, quality and safety focused.


• You will have strong verbal, written, problem solving and interpersonal skills.


• You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• You will have the ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
