Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Coordinator Location: Vineland, New Jersey — On-site

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $55,000–$60,000 annually Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and skills. Position Summary Northeast Precast is seeking an organized and detail-oriented QA/QC Coordinator to maintain the company’s quality documentation and coordinate internal, customer, third-party, and certification audits. This position ensures that quality records are accurate, complete, current, organized, and readily available. The QA/QC Coordinator will assist auditors with navigating company documentation and processes, track audit findings and corrective actions, and support the continued effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System.This is primarily an administrative and coordination-focused position that requires regular communication with Quality, Production, Project Management, and other departments. Key Responsibilities Audit Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduled quality, customer, third-party, and certification audits.
- Coordinate audit schedules, meeting locations, requested documentation, and the participation of appropriate employees.
- Prepare and organize records and documentation requested by auditors.
- Guide auditors through applicable quality procedures, forms, records, and company processes.
- Coordinate access to relevant production, quality, and project documentation.
- Document audit findings, observations, requests, and required follow-up items.
- Coordinate responses to audit findings and track corrective actions through completion.
- Maintain an organized history of audit reports, findings, responses, and corrective actions.
Quality Documentation and Records
- Ensure that current versions of quality procedures, forms, checklists, and records are available and properly maintained.
- Review quality documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain required quality records, audit documentation, and supporting files.
- Assist departments with maintaining accurate and complete quality records.
- Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated documentation and coordinate necessary corrections.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for quality-related records.
Quality System Support
- Support the implementation and maintenance of company quality procedures.
- Assist with internal quality audits and routine documentation reviews.
- Track quality-related action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor recurring documentation or process issues and report concerns to Quality leadership.
- Assist with preparation for customer, regulatory, certification, and other external audits.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness.
- Perform other quality-related administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, auditing, manufacturing, construction, document control, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, management, customers, and auditors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using electronic document management or recordkeeping systems.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive company information appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating or supporting quality or certification audits.
- Experience working in precast concrete, construction, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and corrective-action processes.
- Experience with quality documentation, document control, or audit preparation.
Work Environment This position is primarily office-based but may require entering production or manufacturing areas. Employees must follow all company safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment when entering designated areas. Benefits Eligible full-time employees are offered:
