Job Description:
Documentation, rounding, meeting compliance standards presenting once a month at medical staff quality meeting, and regulatory monthly meeting, take meeting minutes respond to all survey activities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Documentation Reviewer. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation within our healthcare facility.
