This Quality Assurance Specialist position works with businesses in our employee benefits division. They provide exceptional quality service and support to our internal team members through accurate client deliverables and auditing/updating assigned clients in our agency management system (EPIC).
Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain client information in agency management system per agency guidelines
· Prepare customized proposals for client renewals
· Issue policies in Epic according to agency standards and guidelines
· Perform quality assurance checks and audits of client invoices after client renewal cycles to ensure accuracy against carrier rates and invoicing
· Request information from carriers to support client deliverables, such as an enrollment census, Schedule A’s, invoices, etc.
· Create client open enrollment guides and election forms with modifications upon request
· Conduct audits of client information in agency management system or other document storage systems as requested to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines
· Offer innovation and process improvements where possible and help with agency-wide improvements and efficiencies
· Attend and complete self-development and growth programs that are deemed beneficial
· Attend and participate in department meetings, team meetings, peer reviews and training sessions as required

· Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of the job.
