Position Summary

We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure our beverages meet the highest quality standards. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals seeking to launch or transition into a career in beverage production and quality control.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead, you’ll play a key role in product testing, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Quality Control Testing

• Conduct quality control tests and measurements to ensure products meet internal and regulatory standards.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

• Record critical quality metrics like brix, pH, specific gravity, and ABV


• Plate product samples and record microbiological results accurately

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Investigate product-related customer concerns and contribute to effective resolution.

Compliance & Audits

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards


• Participate in regular internal audits.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with production and cross-functional teams


• Collaborate with the QA Lead on ongoing quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience in a brewery, winery, distillery, or food and beverage production is a plus.


• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and digital record-keeping tools


• Strong attendance record and a reliable work ethic


• High attention to detail

Work Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


• Tuesday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


• Location: On-site in Saratoga Springs, NY
