Job Description - Quality Auditor


Position Title: Quality Auditor


Location: Distribution Center – Neosho, MO


Reports To: Quality Manager/Quality Director

Job Overview


This position supports the Quality Assurance group in the Neosho distribution center by facilitating product transfers, gathering product information, maintaining productivity records, performing product audits, and assisting with line testing/rework.


 


 


Responsibilities:



  • Utilize warehouse management system to locate inventory and coordinate with forklift drivers for product moves

  • Audit finished goods for proper form, fit, and function

  • Update productivity tracking spreadsheet

  • Perform both normal and abnormal product testing

  • Track reject quantities and storage locations

  • Ship packages and provide tracking information

  • Work on rework line when needed

  • Gather date code information off of products in DC locations


 


 


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Ability to use basic computer software including Outlook, Excel, JDE

  • Ability to perform manual labor including lifting and stacking small products

  • Ability to work standing up for extended periods of time
