Quality Control - 1st Shift Laboratory Technician

Milkco is seeking a 1st Shift Laboratory Technician to work in our Quality Control Department. The Lab Technician is responsible for quality & safety testing of all products during and after production, as well as maintaining lab equipment to the highest standards. They must be able to follow precise laboratory practices and procedures while working independently. The hours for this position are 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM Monday through Friday with 1 Saturday per month.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous laboratory experience


• Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry background


• Minimum 1+ year professional experience or advanced college level coursework


• Food or beverage quality control experience preferred

Compensation Information:

• Automatic 60-Day Pay Review


• Automatic Annual Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).


• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.


• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.


• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.

Experience:

• Will train the right person.


• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.


• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.


• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
