Quality Control Assistant

Parsec Technologies, Inc. is a high performance, American antenna company designing and manufacturing next generation, best-in-class industrial antennas for 5G, Public Safety, Enterprise and IoT. Parsec is now hiring a Quality Control Assistant to support production and ensure all antenna systems and integrated case solutions meet Parsec quality standards prior to shipment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment alongside Engineering, Production, and Solutions Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Quality Control Associate with preparing products and components for inspection.


• Support visual inspections by verifying basic assembly items such as cable routing, labeling, and hardware presence.


• Capture required photo and video documentation for QC records.


• Help record serial numbers, part numbers, and configuration details accurately.


• Stage completed builds for QC review and assist with packaging preparation after approval.


• Maintain organized QC documentation and assist with updating internal tracking systems.


• Keep inspection areas clean, organized, and ready for daily production workflows.


• Notify the Quality Control Associate of any visible inconsistencies or potential issues.


• Support general production and quality-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• One (1) year of experience using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and cutters required. Technical certification or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or quality environments is a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.


• Basic computer skills including data entry and form documentation.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured inspection procedures.


• Comfortable working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, and networking hardware.


• Ability to perform repetitive work according to established procedures.


• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds frequently.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.


• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Hourly Rate:

$17.50
