Frimpeks is a multinational company that specialize UV/WB ink/coatings and seld adhesive labelstock material.
As a Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for: Performing quality control testing of production batches of inks and coatings and completing associated clerical work (entering results into SAP, printing labels, filing, etc.)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine quality inspections of coatings and inks to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Perform tests on samples to assess color accuracy, consistency, adhesion, and drying times.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records of quality control data.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects or inconsistencies in coatings and inks and communicate findings to the production team.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all testing processes.
- Perform lab set up, housekeeping/routine cleaning, schedule equipment for preventative maintenance, and organization of laboratory areas.
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in quality control, particularly in coatings or ink manufacturing, is a plus.
- Knowledge of UV curing processes and ink formulation is advantageous.
