Main purpose of the QC Lead role:
This is a full time role for a candidate who assist managers in training and developing clerks to ensure that company policies and quality assurance are upheld. Along with reporting findings to team leadership and the processing teams. Other duties may be added as needed.

Must be available for the following shift: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm ( Must be available for OT and Saturdays when needed)
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Collaborate with QA Manager/s on daily processes.
• Monitor team’s daily assigned duties for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with weekly reporting to help assess volume in department.
• Train and develop a team of quality control clerks.
• Review processes ensuring that company policies and quality ideals are upheld.
• Provide feedback on, and help to create, systems and procedures.
• Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution, and work together with Customer Service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction.
• Sample and inspect inventory from assigned processing area.
• Provide feedback in line with established tolerances to fulfillment clerks inquiring about possible discrepancies.
• Assist in other areas in department/other departments as needed.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
•Ability to work in a team environment / work successfully with any personality type.
•Ability to give and receive honest and direct feedback.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills for record keeping.
•Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrication and various fashion categories.
•Ability to work required overtime when business needs warrant.
•Able to navigate proficiently through multiple systems.
•Computer proficiency.
• High level of attention to detail.
•Ability to quickly and effectively identify apparel flaws.
•Sense of urgency and ability to maintain performance under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications:
•High School Diploma
•1 year experience in fulfillment or warehouse positions
•Excellent communication skills
•Physically capable to stand and walk for entirety of shift
•Technical fashion, garment construction or fabrication knowledge preferred
Preferred Qualifications:


Quality Control experience


Experience with Microsoft word and excel


1+ years team leadership experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $39,520 per year to $41,600 per year.
