What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Line Tech, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality throughout the production process:
Perform quality inspections using weight checks, measurements, and visual assessments
Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production team members
Ensure production processes meet all quality system requirements
Operate lab and testing equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
Maintain traceability and ensure proper labeling of materials on the production line
Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to perform basic math calculations using the metric system
Basic computer skills, including ability to learn spreadsheets and documentation systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
Effective communication skills for documenting and reporting quality issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
⭐ Preferred Experience
3–6 months of quality control or manufacturing experience in a similar role
