Job Description - Quality Control Manager

Overview:
Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Quality Control Manager independently monitors and enforces compliance with all performance, sanitation, and quality standards under the dietary services contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP)
Conduct internal inspections and audits of dietary services
Monitor and document compliance with HACCP and FDA Food Code standards
Submit monthly Quality Status Reports (QSRs) to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)

Qualifications:

3+ years in a quality assurance role in food service or healthcare
Experience with HACCP, CMS, and IHS quality standards
