We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for being on debris dump sites and submitting tickets using your personal cellular device. This position will require travel between job sites and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits on completed work and operations in outdoor environments.
- Accurately document findings and submit tickets through a mobile platform using a company issued device.
- Report inconsistencies or issues following established protocols.
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure compliance with company and client quality standards.
- Communicate findings effectively with team leads and management.
- Take attendance of operators every day at the job.
- Travel to various job sites using your personal vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support quality control efforts.
- Handle accident reports from Operators.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Capable of submitting reports on Company smartphone
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites and wait in-between loads.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
