Quality Control Specialist

Position Overview

Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to support quality assurance and compliance efforts across defense-related programs. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and reliability in accordance with government and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.

Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.

Identify and report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and program teams to resolve quality issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma, GED equivalent, related military experience, or graduation from a trade/industrial school.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in quality control or a related field.

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is required.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with military or defense quality standards and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Proficiency in quality management systems and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
