Quality Control Supervisor

We’re hiring a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee service quality across janitorial operations and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. This role focuses on inspections, team oversight, and continuous improvement to maintain high client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine quality inspections across assigned janitorial accounts
• Ensure cleaning services meet company standards and client expectations
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with field teams
• Train and support janitorial staff on quality and safety procedures
• Communicate inspection results, issues, and improvements with management

• Experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or quality control
• Strong attention to detail and inspection skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
• Clear communication and leadership abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
