Schedule: 5:30am-4:15pm
Pay Rate: $27-$29 hourly DOE
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Full-time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite analysis and assessments utilizing Lean tools and principles.
• Monitor procedures and ensure verification of processes.
• Serve as the primary QA/QC contact and coordinate all QA/QC activities in support of job site(s)
• Support implementation of cost, quality, and installation improvement initiatives.
• Conduct Site Quality Audits.
• Create, distribute, collect, and review QAQC Check sheets with our mechanical, electrical, and adjustment teams.
• Perform duties associated with corrective actions, auditing, and metric reporting by utilizing lean principles and root cause analysis tools.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in monitoring and supporting QA/QC programs
• Experience with continuous improvement methods, concepts, and training in Lean skills.

Preferences: 

• Associate degree or equivalent from 2-year College or technical school
• Familiarity with construction contractors or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
