Quality Control Technician - Innovative Company

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team on 1st shift. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in using precision measuring instruments and your knowledge of quality control processes will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
- Conduct inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems

*Must be willing to taste and sample product (food and beverage)*

Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and documentation
