Responsibilities
- Initiate inspection specification for Incoming, In-Process and Final inspection, and present improving proposals during quality inspection;
- Perform Incoming, In-Process and Final inspection and maintain records;
- Drive non-conforming product handling and take corrective action;
- Perform validation inspection during manufacturing process, and monitor quality of process;
- Generate, Issue, and manage product label and safety labels;
- Implement data analysis and statistics, and follow-up improvement results;
- Assist with management of equipment and measuring instrument used in production and inspection;
- Provide training and education for production personnel to make them understand and meet the quality system;
- Ensure full compliance with the corporate rules and regulations and perform associated and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in engineering;
- 2 years experience related to quality inspection (preferred)
- Familiar with ISO13485(preferred), ISO9001 or TS16949 quality system (preferred);
