Quality Engineer

Description

Aukey Technology is one of the biggest e-commerce companies in China. We recently established in US, offering training, progression, and salary reviews for the right people. This role is after sales service, quality manager / engineer / technician.

Products:
Electronics, Home appliance, Health care, Sports &Fitness and Tools

Duties and responsibilities:

• Inspection, repair and repack on returned products and ship to Customer
• Failure analysis on returned products and transfer to failure information
• Product and spare parts FIFO and quantity management
• Co-work with China quality and sales team for quality issue solving
• On-site technical support if needed

Requirements

• Quality and product engineering experience or product maintenance experience is plus
• Speaking Chinese is preferred
