Quality Engineer – Make a Difference Where It Matters

What You’ll Do

1. Lead and manage customer PPAP submissions and quality documentation.

2. Support and lead APQP activities, including feasibility reviews, FMEAs, control plans, and tryouts.

3. Own internal and external nonconformance investigations using structured problem solving (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).

4. Partner with production and engineering to implement practical, shop-floor-ready quality processes.

5. Mentor operators and technicians on inspection standards and product quality expectations.

6. Champion proactive solutions to eliminate repeated issues and reduce business risk.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.

2. Automotive background and IATF 16949 knowledge strongly preferred.

3. Strong command of statistical process control (SPC) and structured quality tools.

4. Comfortable making decisions quickly and confidently with incomplete data.

5. A team-first mindset - collaborative, candid, and accountable.
