Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards of Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, and identifying areas for improvement. They will work closely with production teams to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures

- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications

- Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product designs meet quality standards

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components

- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports

- Train and educate production teams on quality control processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to product quality

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures

- Experience with conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product quality
