What You'll Do

Manage multiple quality improvement projects using Six Sigma, DOE, and PPU techniques
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Evaluate trend data on repeat issues and improve CAPAs
Manage Document Control System ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
Collaborate with customers and engineering to review manufacturability and recommend specifications

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Metallurgy required
3+ years quality experience in manufacturing industry
Structured problem-solving experience (A3, 8D, RCCA/CAPA)
Experience with Capability Studies, MSA/GR&R, and Calibration Systems
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills
