The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves working collaboratively with other departments to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, solving product and process issues, and driving continuous improvement projects. Candidates should have a strong background in electronic assembly manufacturing with an ability to read electronic schematics and understand electronic circuits.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in high volume product mass production quality management as well as vendors and suppliers’ quality assurance experience. They must be able to work hands on specialized equipment and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A QUALITY ENGINEER
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) or equivalent and five years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality within the electronic assembly industry.
