Quality Engineer I

Your responsibilities will include: ● Engineering degree or a science-based degree with 2-3 years of engineering experience. ● 0-1 years of experience in an engineering role (recent graduates welcome). ● Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, aerospace). ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering. ● Proficiency in tools such as Minitab, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. ● Familiarity with Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
