Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues. Support the execution of design changes for commercialized products and documentation of associated design verification activities. Evaluate and analyze post market complaint data to identify and escalate signals related to product performance, support complaint investigation efforts, and identify corrective/preventive activities for continuous improvement. Currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering. Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation tools. BS students must be graduating in December 2025 or May 2026. Must be able to commit to program dates July 7th, 2025 - December 12th, 2025. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered) Desire to work in fast paced cross-functional teams to maintain and support quality-engineering methodologies, systems, and practices that meet BSC, customer, and regulatory requirements. Interest in obtaining a job within the medical device industry upon graduation, preferably an interest in a quality role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
