Quality Engineering (QE) Lead - ERP Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering (QE) Lead with strong ERP testing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and testing efforts for ERP applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless business operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in ERP testing methodologies, as well as excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing for ERP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects in a timely manner using test management tools.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to QE teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous test process improvements and recommend tools/technologies for better efficiency.

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering with a strong focus on ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 experience is a must).
• 3+ years of experience as a QE Lead, managing testing efforts for large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Experience with test automation tools (Tricentis Tosca) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
• Experience in API testing, performance testing, and database validation.
• Proficiency in test management tools (Azure DevOps.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Ability to work on-site in South Florida.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP implementation or migration experience.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions.
