In this role, you will collaborate with the Quality team and leadership to support continuous improvement efforts and achieve strong outcome measures.

About Devereux Pocono
Located in Newfoundland, PA, Devereux Pocono provides programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze treatment data, behavioral trends, and incident reports
  • Identify patterns (e.g., recurring behaviors, compliance gaps) and share insights with the Quality Management Director
  • Conduct pre-inspection site visits and support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety activities (including fire drills and required inspections)
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives using data tools such as Power BI and QCG dashboards
  • Complete Certified Investigator training requirements

Qualifications






Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • A high school diploma with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

 

Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare quality management, including direct care experience
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, quality improvement principles, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication, project management, and facilitation skills
  • Strong data collection and analysis abilities using computer applications
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make sound independent decisions
