Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with IPC-A-610 specifications. This role involves conducting quality audits, performing inspections, and maintaining quality systems to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Utilize vision inspection systems and other tools to assess product quality and compliance.
• Hand soldering, solder removal and rework where required
• Inspection of production assemblies to ensure they are assembled according to drawings (prints), Bill of Materials (BOM), job traveler and 1st article
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
• Assist in the fabrication process by providing guidance on quality management practices.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in assembly preferred.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies.
• IPC training preferred.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independence in decision-making.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey findings clearly.
• Be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Be able to life a minimum of 10 pounds.

Shift: First Shift - 5 days a week - 40 hours per week
