Quality Inspector

You’ll be part of a team of leading experts in controlled environment facilities and equipment that pride themselves on grit, integrity, ownership, and innovation. You will be part of the Quality Control team reporting within the departmental structure and responsible to manufacturing areas needed to support the business needs.  You will have satisfaction knowing that your hard work plays a contributory role in the delivery of a quality product to our valued customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform and document quality test protocols on standard and custom equipment as required.


• Complete documentation in accordance with GDP and process quality records.


• Participate in continuous improvement programs and initiatives.


• Communicate issues and concerns in a timely manner to Production and Quality management.


• Review all related documentation for accuracy.


• Assist with troubleshooting as needed.


• Support the QC Department in other areas if requested.


• Work flexible hours to meet the company’s needs if required.


• Communicate and coordinate with quality and production teams to schedule and document inspections.


• Identity and support opportunities for continuous improvement.


• Other duties as requested by QC Leadership.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience


• Ability to perform quality control testing using calibrated instrumentation.


• Experience in a pharmaceutical equipment testing environment or a related industry.


• Detail-oriented


• Great communication and interpersonal skills


• While performing the duties of this job, it is required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands or arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch when necessary for job activity.


• A willingness to learn and accept training and change in order to efficiently perform tasks.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or 3 plus years of experience.


• Working in a manufacturing environment

Supervision Required: Minimal – Ability to work independently or with others to complete tasks on schedule.

Supervisory Responsibilities: NONE
