Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Inspector (3rd Shift). \n\nThe hourly rate for this position is $18.94 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The core hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. \nThis position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Quality Inspector will perform a variety of specific and detailed inspection functions which are required by customers to ensure their product meets or exceeds specifications, requiring selection of inspection equipment, methods, procedures, and techniques appropriate to the product and customer expectations. \n\n\u2022 Inspection of Products: Conducting detailed checks of materials, components, or final products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. \n\u2022 Measurement and Testing: Using tools and equipment to measure and test products for compliance with specifications. \n\u2022 Documentation and Reporting: Recording inspection results and maintaining documentation of tests, measurements, and non-conformance issues. \n\u2022 Identifying Defects: Detecting and documenting defects, deviations, or areas of improvement in products or processes. \n\u2022 Compliance Verification - Process Checks: Ensuring products adhere to regulatory and industry standards, such as ISO, customer specifications, or internal guidelines. \n\u2022 Collaboration: Working with production teams to provide feedback on defects and quality concerns, recommending corrective actions. \n\u2022 Recommending Improvements: Suggesting process improvements based on inspection results and analysis. \n\u2022 Auditing: Conducting routine audits of production processes and quality systems to ensure ongoing compliance. \n\u2022 Training: Providing guidance or training to workers on quality standards and proper inspection techniques. \n\u2022 Re-inspection: Performing follow-up inspections to verify that issues have been resolved after corrective actions. \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications: \n\n\u2022 Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. \n\u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
